Whether you're under the weather or on long-term medicines, managing and collecting your prescriptions can add unnecessary extra stress. In the UK, the pharmacy model hasn't really moved on in the last 70 years, and we're working to change that.
Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Staff are very rude and don’t seem to do there jobs properly very unprofessional on there phones yet there’s other people who struggle to get a job very disappointed with this pharmacy won’t be using it again think they need some new staff with better attitudes towards there customers that put customers first Original Comment Report... The staff have been wonderfully helpful on a number of occasions when I have collected complex prescriptions from them. They have co tacted specialist departments at hospitals and my GP surgery when shared care arrangements and general NHS communications have caused problems. On several occasions this has taken a lot of time when it is clear that the pharmacy is incredibly busy, but despite that the staff have always been kind and understanding and patient. I have been a customer in this pharmacy for about 2 years, mainly bc I needed a easy by pubic Transport reachable pharmacy. I often spent more than 15 min waiting for my prescriptions. Once I ordered an off Counter medication, they said it will arrive within two day. Went there but they sold it to another customer.... After almost a week they called that the medication is ready to pick up.
