Try too phone them waiting time is almost 1 hour ridiculous too ask a simple enquiry this is non acceptable

I had to stop using this pharmacy because they never have all the medications. The last time I was there I left with three out of four of the items that I needed. I was given a slip to collect the last item. When I returned they couldn’t find the item and more or less accused me of lying. I was asked several times if I was sure that I hadn’t collected it! When I pointed out the fact that I still had the receipt issued by them, that didn’t seem to matter. Have not been back since. Found a much nicer pharmacy nearby.

Absolutely horrendous. The pharmacist yelled at me down the phone so loudly that my partner who was sitting a metre away could hear it. Terrible customer service, rude, and frankly cruel to scream at a mentally ill person for just trying to get their medication. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague if you are chronically ill or disabled - they will not treat you with the bare minimum of human decency.
