Today we went to the chemist for flu jabs and as always they were carried out with privacy and competency. The staff at the chemist always go the extra mile to make sure patients and customers are dealt with calmly and with dignity. They work with humour making every one feel welcome. They all provide a fantastic service. I cannot praise them enough.

I was very impressed by the service & efficiency of the Pharmacist, he went out of his way to find my prescription details as the Doctors Surgery was closed. Excellent customer focused service.

I would just like to say that the two ladies, these are the ladies on the front counter at Kamsons’s ststephens, are always friendly always greet you with a smile and always take the time to talk to help me out. They are an absolute credit to this store and I always think they never really get praise they need. Just wanted to say thank you ladies for all you do.
