My sister and I came to castleton chemist to hand prescribed drugs in as our mum had passed away ,the customers in the shop were all social distancing,but one of the sales assistant middle aged with dark hair and glasses ,dont know her name as manager would not give it to us,commenced to abruptly tell us all that some of us would have to wait outside in the rain as we were not wearing masks ...note none of the staff was wearing them either.The assistant then gave us a bag to put meds in and when handed back to her made us feel like we gave her a deadly disease. When spoke manager she would not give us her name ,so decided to leave after a few words then the older chat with glasses shouted from the back of the shop that we didn't have to go there !!! We were there on behalf of my grieving father who has no choice which chemist he uses,we have and would certainly not go to this chemist,your customer service is dire and thats just not from us you speak to a few people who say the customer service is terrible, maybe if you feel pressured in your job and can't handle giving good customer service then find another job because I definitely won't be coming back to be spoken to like that.
