On Saturday 29th July 2017 at 9.30am I went to Lloyd's pharmacy at Frankley B45 0JA to collect my prescription (inhaler) It was ready but the pharmacist had not turned up. The was only one staff member there. They explained as they were the only staff member present they couldn't give prescriptions with out the pharmacist on hand. They had made many phone calls to resolve the situation they were informed a pharmacist would join them from another branch at 11.am As I had a arrangement to visit Grandma who is 88 who had had a fall it was not possible for me to call back also had an appointment at the hospital on Monday 31st July at 7.am to have treatment in the Day Care department . My inhaler had run out so I really needed my prescription To resolve this they offered to deliver it to my house in their own time after close of trade at 1pm even gave me their word on it On returning home my prescription had been posted through the letter box (that made me smile with appreciation) I called in to see this member of staff today Wed 2nd Aug to say a big thank you they said I was welcome and said their shop was the best (their words) I say : You are the best Thank you for your kindness x Very kind Regards Mr R A Rose
