Today I sent my daughter to this Lyodds in Henbury to collect a prescription for me . I am in self isolation as about 3 weeks ago I had pneumonia and landed up in hospital for a few days , also I can barely walk due to a slipped disc for which I am in agonising pain . I waited and waited for a home delivery and it never arrived hence that is why my daughter fetched them . My daughter asked why they hadn’t been delivered and a woman whose name begins with an N spoke to my daughter as though she was just something to wipe off the bottom of her shoe and shouted so everyone could hear and said your mother has been taken off of the home delivery service as she is never home and she is is supposed to be housebound and how could she be as she is always out anyway my daughter waited for about an hour and was ignored by this particular member of staff and deliberately ignored my daughter , oh and not only that but she then went on to argue with an elderly man who must have been about 75plus . This is an appalling way to treat customers and the lady in question should be held to account . I have to use this chemist due to it being local I just wish that there was another chemist for competition . I know that nothing will improve unless they treat their customers with respect .
