Phlebotamis was abrupt and rushed the blood test, as I was told they only have 5 minutes per blood test. I had 2 blood tests forms, but was abruptly told I should have booked for 2 separate blood tests, something it doesnf state when booking the tests online. I felt like I was being told off for bothering them. I have the exact same blood tests done at Monarch pharmacy in Radford and have never had any problems. I felt they are just there to make money and rush people through like cattle!
