Came in a few weeks ago to collect my regular prescription and was so glad to see that one particular male pharmacist is back! So helpful and extremely efficient. Good to know he's back!

I've been with this pharmacy for 5 months now after moving to the area. I was previosuly use to below standard service at my previous pharmacy in Chippenham but this team is fantastic. I was put on a set of new medications after an episode and they worked hard to get my prescription from the GP after I was released from hospital. It is so conveniently located as well.

Spotted late at night that my elderly father had the beginnings of a stye in his eye. I gave the chemist a quick ring to check they could help, and the pharmacist was friendly and helpful. I took my father over there, where she helped him clean his eye with water, gave him expert advice on the medication, and guided him as he put the drops in his eye. There was a wide range of general medicines at reasonable prices, so I picked up a few extra items while I was there. This chemist is a local gem, and the pharmacist was knowledgeable and kind.
