Went to collect my repeat prescription yesterday and it wasn't ready. They received it on 29 October, 8 days ago. Then I'm told that they don't have one item! What is going on with them? I rely on them to supply my medication on time. I was told they were short staffed and were catching up but this is not good enough. I have used this service for many years but I hate going to collect my prescription now, there is always a queue and the separate reoeat prescription counter needs to be reinstated to speed thing up.
