I went to this pharmacy because it was quiet in there. No welcome, I asked for what I needed the phamacist assisted me because the assistant chose to remain at the back. A lacklustre experience. I thanked the Pharmacist and was ignored. If you don't mind below average customer care and service, this is the place for you. What they do not understand is customers will walk further for good customer care instead of a dismissive approach. Change this and get a better assistant, the short lady in the shop actually tries. Bless her.

Random opening times, impossible to contact by telephone.

Lloyds has clearly given up on this pharmacy, having closed the one down by the Coop, they obviously no longer care. This is without a doubt the worst chemist I have ever used. Moving to online but not Lloyds as that takes 7 days or more to deliver also in my experience.
