I am never going to use this pharmacy again! I took a prescription in on Wednesday 23rd, I get told it will be waiting for me from midday Thursday 24th. I go in yesterday evening to collect it. I wait in a queue for 10 minutes, then I wait another 5 minutes for the staff member to tell me I have to wait another 30 minutes! There were people who took their prescriptions in that afternoon who got theirs straight away in the evening and didn't have to wait another 30 minutes. Closing down the Lloyds pharmacy across the road from this one a week or so ago, is the worst thing Lloyds ever did because the staff are not coping in this one! Even when I went in on Wednesday, there was a 45 minute wait! Get a grip, and sort it out or you will lose customers very rapidly. I for one will not be coming back, you have lost my custom.
