Wait times are appalling. And never seem to have anything in stock.

The last two times I was told they did not have my prescription. This time I waited 20 minutes to be serves and then had to drive back to the doctors who were adamant they had sent it. When I went back they were closed for lunch. I tried ringing to check they did have the prescription and no-one would answer the phone. I now hope I do not have another wasted journey.

Recently taken over by different team. Waiting time to be seen - 20minutes - response when seen - items not in stock - delivery time 5-7 working days My experience of this pharmacy is appalling- medication which I have been taking for the last 2 years from this pharmacy is now a specialist item and will take about 5-7 working days to deliver. I had left my prescription for 5 days in order that it may be ready to collect.... it wasn't. I have also previously been given the wrong medication and also a script filled from a previous collection (repeated) and was told to take it anyway.. Hardly a service and I will not return to this Boots store. I just hope their mistakes don't cost someone dearly - especially an elderly patient. When I confronted the staff the response was what do you want me to do - do you want the medication again - Totally useless
