I used this pharmacy for 18 months and it's the worst pharmacy service I've ever come accross. Simply appalling.

Telephone systems are appalling!!!!!

Boots should deploy assistants to the medicines counter, who can speak and understand English properly! I queued for at least ten minutes to request a non prescription medicine, only for the assistant not to understand clear English, and hence not provide the medication that I required. I had to go to Lloyds in order to buy it, as their staff presented no language barriers!!
