The new short grey haired lady is really in the wrong job , she takes ages , doesnt look properly , tells you prescriptions not there or already been collected rather than looking and doing her job… waiting times rediculous , you ring up and check your medications there n they say it’s ready and u go n after waiting ages in a cue to n told it’s not done n u gotta wait another half an hour
