I agree entirely with the previous reviews. Terrible disinterested service on the phone, if you can ever get through. They don't give a damn. Delivery didn't arrive and you have to pay for it! Outrageous. I have a heart condition and have been left without the medecines I need to keep living. I was told that I could come to collect it but I don't have transport and I'm not able to walk that far. I will never NEVER use them again and recommend that you don't either. I started to cry and I had the phone put down on me. Appalling. I will have to go without food for a few days because I have to have my essentiel medecines and will have to pay for a taxi to get it. Shameful

Never answer phone so got to keep walking to store for them to say prescription not ready you should have phoned so angry when they say that when they don't even answer the phone can be very rude at times prescription never done you got to wait for it to be made up needs new staff who know what there doing

they never answer the phone , then when you call straight back its engaged !!!
