I am used to receiving exemplary service from my regular pharmacy Boots at George Street Croydon, unfortunately my usual HRT is out of stock. In in vain hope I have ventured to other pharmacies in the Shirley area. I was not successful in 2 pharmacies situated on Wickham Road For my misfortune I came across the Shirley Pharmacy. From the very beginning the senior sales assistant, who could very well be the proprietor, was exceedingly rude and condescending towards me. By contrast the pharmacist was exceedingly helpful and friendly. The only reason I will return to this pharmacy is because they stock a comparable HRT which I need. If I could find an alternative pharmacy with better customer service I would, however after 2 months of my HRT being out of stock in many pharmacies, I now have no choice but give my business to this rude and unwelcoming establishment.
