I went to Lloyds pharmacy near me at Weolley Castle at about 1200 to get inhaler and the aid device for my baby. The lady said she will order the device for me and should be here after 1700 same day. I told her it’s important to make sure it come as I don’t have one and she said sure. After 1700 I went there and they said to me they will order it for me to come next day as it didn’t come with the delivery, with no apologies as it’s very normal for them to promesse something needed and not do it. It was too late to find a pharmacy that can get it for me and they did’t even offer to check with me if they can find it one of there pharmacies I will go and get it. Original Comment Report... Despite my husbands script being ordered on 7th September & two long walks to collect we still are told problems with supplier & they will order again. Really this is unacceptable Parkinsons drugs are necessary for a person to function. And the elderly do have memory problems in remembering constantly returning to pick up drugs that are short Original Comment Report...
