I wanted to tell you what an exceptional team Boots has in London at 42-44 Warwick Way, Lillington and Longmoore Gardens, London SW1V 1RY, UK. We had an unfortunate experience at the hotel up the street. My husband had a terrible experience with bed bugs. His condition was pretty bad and we were really shook up when we walked in the pharmacy. We went in straight away when it opened. One particular member of staff was absolutely wonderful and so was their colleague. They put our minds at ease and told us how to properly take care of the situation. They made recommendations which helped my husband tremendously. I just want you all to know what a kind and caring staff you are gifted with at this location. They were so kind, caring, considerate, helpful and reassuring. They really helped to keep our spirits up seeing we were half way through our travels.
