I have used this chemist since moving to London Road. They have always been very helpful. The staff are curtous and friendly. They will always help if you have a problem

I found the staff of this pharmacy incredibly helpful. I needed some assistance regarding prescription medicines, and coming from a foreign country, I had a lot of questions. The lovely pharmacist was very patient and friendly as we worked together to bridge some linguistic difficulties, and they explained everything to answer all my questions regarding prescriptions. When the pharmacist saw that I was still a bit puzzled, they went out of their way to give me as much information as possible to make sure I understand how the system works in the UK. At that point another member of staff came out too and joined the conversation, giving me more education I could have ever hoped to receive during my visit. Both staff members were incredibly helpful, friendly, and funny as well, and they really answered all my questions. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone who's looking to have a lovely chat while they're shopping for medicine.
