Rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. Will never ever come back. She had to google NHS guidelines as she had no idea what she was doing. Still can’t get over the way I was spoken to. Went to a pharmacy down the road and got my prescription instantly (that Boots initially refused me because they didn’t have a clue.)

I have been waiting 2 weeks for a prescription to be requested by the pharmacist, only to be told by the doctors it was not requested. After waiting 5 days I had to ring the chemist and waited 9 mins for the phone to be answered and to be told the prescription is not in stock. I will no longer be using this service and will take my prescription elsewhere.
