Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

called today Saturday 23rd February as my local pharmacy couldn’t supply my tablets,my Doctors made a mess of the prescription by sending it to the wrong pharmacy,the lady at Well sorted it out she was first class. This pharmacy used to be adequate but in the last year it has become a nightmare. I use it to receive my repeat prescription and it is never there for me to collect and I am always given pathetic excuses as to why this is. Today was the last straw. I went to collect my prescription exactly 56 days after I collected my last one only to be told that it had not been sent by my Doctors. The staff member I talked to then went to the back of the pharmacy to a whispered (but overheard) conversation with another staff member and stated she had forgotten to tick something on the computer (I was not supposed to hear this). She then came back and gave a second excuse stating my prescription was ordered too early and therefore not sent by the doctors. All nonsense. I was then told to come back in the afternoon (it was already 1pm!) and that my prescription would probably be ready. I asked for something more concrete regarding when it would be ready and was told to come back after 4pm. I again asked if this was definite and was told no, I pressed again and was lied to again and told yes it would definitely be ready. I do not appreciate poor customer service, delivered by disinterested, rude staff, with attitude problems and I definitely do not like being lied to. I will never use them again.
