If I could give zero stars I would. Getting a repeat prescription is like pulling teeth. Apparently the brand of medication I need (for my mental health) is more expensive than the normal brand and so I have been faced with endless issues. They have blamed me and/or my surgery over and over again and yet my surgery have been nothing but accomodating and have spoken to the pharmacist personally to get the matter resolved. For three months I have had to endure a battle to get my medication. But still this month, no end of issues. However one phone call to an alternative pharmacy and my medication has been ordered without issue! Thankyou for messing with my mental health now for three months Stearns for the sake of lining your pockets. I should add I pay full price for my prescriptions. Awful, awful Pharmacist. Side note, there is a lovely lady on reception who if she hadn't been there to soften the blows of communication from the pharmacist I would have been much worse off.
