I visited Figgis Marsh surgery today, prescribed to collect medicines from this Pharmacy, because of this is close to my home, I accepted doctor's option and visited there ( definitely never again). Firstly there experience I had were that they were unfriendly and never care about patients. Secondly, The lady said to me wait 2 minutes but she took 20 minutes to get my medication. he ( phamaracist) asked me if I were visited there before. Because of the way he asked me really bothered me, it shows it isn't the way of caring about customer care. So I replied no. Then after while later, he gave me what my doctor prescribed but I felt the price he charged way higher than actual. Anyway, all I wanted was medicines, I got those and paid. Once, I opened the pack of medicines and I was surprised, because the medicine I got was different than a sheet I found with medicine pack. Terrible Terrible. Actually, medicine, I wanted was right but prescribed sheet I found was medicine I was previously prescribed. So he charged me for previously prescribed medication. So, careful....this is robbery.

Ive been going here for over 15 years since i was a kid as i have asthma. Today, 26/08/2021 I had a asthma attack while driving back from work, i managed to get to figgsmarsh surgery amd ask them for emergency prescription of my asthma pumps which i always get from here, i was told they will send the prescription to Rays chemist, I barely managed to reach to rays chemist struggling to breathe, as I got here, this chemist was only concerned about money, he sed they dont have the prescription but if i want he will do emergency charge and i can pay full price for the pump, i explained the prescription is coming through so please can i have my reliever asthma pump, he could see i was seriously struggling to breathe but refused to give me the pump. A few minutes passed, i stood inside the chemist struggling to breathe until the prescription came through and i got my pumps. These chemist should not be chemist, they have no regard for a person unable to breathe, only money, he saw an opportunity to make money of someone's struggle to breathe, I think this is a new low I have seen. Please if you can, get u meds frrom else where and do not support such people. Thanks
