I resent being asked loudly and aggressively what is the nature of my medical problem in the middle of the shop when attempting to buy over the counter medication. Also, I am not an idiot and if I think I need to see a doctor I will do so. I don’t need a patronising Boots employee to tell me that. |

Are Boots aware that they are a commercial enterprise? Their tone with customers (aka those that pay the company that pays them their wages) certainly wouldn't indicate that they understand this in the slightest. I have just suffered what can only be described as a lecture that I did not submit my repeat prescription 10 days in advance - they have only had it for 3 days, so of course they cant be expected to have got it ready yet and I am very selfish for thinking otherwise. Firstly - dont ever speak to customers like that - I am now moving to another pharmacist, which will take away custom and profits from Boots. Secondly - why 10 days? Because Boots doesn't employ enough staff? Thirdly - your offering has gone massively downhill of late. You used to request repeat prescriptions on behalf of customers. Now all you do is try and shift as much work as possible to the customer and then offer them a rude service. I am afraid there are plenty of pharmacists who are lovely and helpful (I used Milford Pharmacy recently and they could not have been better) so you cant do that if you want to retain custom. You need to learn a lesson or two on customer service - try thinking of the customer before yourself. Adios. |

I asked the pharmacist if swimming in my country estate pond would be safe during the spring. He explained that it might not be safe due to pond weed and other types of pond plants. He said I could get entangled in them and drown. It does make a lot of sense, however swimming with my large koi carp and frogs last summer was really relaxing and helped me relax after a long day at my sausage factory. Thanks Boots, I appreciate the help! |
