Always helpful & have coming out of there way to deliver my meds & always careful reviews of the meds i take.. very caring & friendly service & advise.

I have to visit the chemist monthly and have done for the last year to collect my precription and I really have been given quality service. The staff are very helpful and the pharmacist double checks I am not contraindicated to any medication that has not previously prescribed which was helpful when I was early pregnancy as I was prescibed antibiotics that are not to be used if pregnant. After emergency spinal cord decompression surgery I could not drive for 6 weeks and ran out of pain killers after 3 days of leaving the hospital. They resquested meds for me and dispenced them to a family member as my gp refused to do the precription over the phone. And one of the staff at the pharmcy said not to let me get into the state I was in and if needed they would arrange for someone to deliver my precription to my door if I was unable to leave my home and had no family that could help at the time ( the few I have work long hours). Thankfully I never needed the delivery and there is services that do home delivery but they are not used or offered short term. They do get busy and its only a small store and parking is limitied but the quality service is second to none. I used to get my meds from a chemist in a supermarket but they make you wait at least 15 minutes so you buy more I guess and I found discussing medication in medipharm alot more discrete and if its personal in nature they offer to chat in their little room.
