On Saturday I visited the pharmacy and was greeted by the pharmacist, who to start with seemed ok . but when I made my request for a over the counter pain killer [ solpadeine plus ] tablets, they changed . They asked the usual questions , which I answered and then I found myself being lectured about all the things I had already explained I understood. then when I tried to explain my situation further they became very rude and unhelpful and then refused to serve me with the pain killers. I understand they have to ask questions and make sure people know what they are taking , but I am a 49 year old women who works all the hours under sun, and I don't expect to be treated like a teenage low life junkie. which is how they made me feel, and all this in front of my partner and other customers, I will say that I have never had problems with any of the other staff but this was enough for me to say . No thanks I will go to another pharmacy.
