Staff are unhelpful. On several visits had to wait outside for over half hour why 3 staff serve 1 customer. I understand social distance limits customers but the time it takes to serve 1 is ridiculous.
If staff are doing something or talking they will not acknowledge you until they have finished what they are doing or finished their conversation. This is the worst Chemist in St. Helens.

this was just a horrible experience.i came with a taxi with my sick daughter and asked taxi driver to wait for us.when i came to pharmacy one of the staff was replenishing stock on shelves and simply ignored us.at the back i saw another member of staff who was on the phone.after 5 minutes waiting i asked them if i will be served soon as my taxi is waiting and i will have to pay a lot of money for it and they said that the other person will serve me after they will finish their telephone conversation.i was just shocked.never ever.
