Uncaring and unprofessional service. Attended for flu vaccination today as part of company scheme, told to log in to answer a questionnaire and to prepare my left arm ready for vaccine. No introduction to the person administrating the vaccine, no cleansing of the skin where vaccine was to be given and received vaccine whilst standing in the shop not in the clearly designated consult room in full view of the customers and staff. Once administered told to take a seat at the front of the shop for 5 minutes incase I have a reaction. No aftercare advice, tissue or plaster given whilst arm is bleeding from injection site. Appalling service, very pleased this is not my local pharmacy.
