Visited today to collect a prescription had to wait 20 minutes unacceptable in my mind there was quite a queue waiting not unusual for this store the assistant serving us did not seem competent at doing the the job nipping from the pharmacy to the counter to serve paying customers all this whilst chewing gum very unprofessional, this level of service happens every time I pick up prescriptions I am now in the process of changing pharmacies.
