Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

I visited this pharmacy today to collect some medication. The surgery hadn't sent the prescrion across to the chemist but the staff were so helpful and rang the Dr for me and sorted it out. I visit this pharmacy regularly and am always impressed with the level of service I receive. Original Comment Report... I used to use this chemist all the time however it was a nightmare. Time and time again things where not ready to collect or they couldn't find the prescription. I had it every month how hard can it be. The staff had an attitude there was no haste even when it was packed. Probably the worst chemista i have ver used. People went in for medication vecause they are ill and have to waut forever to get it. You can be acurate and still be fast. I think when the new pharmacy opens soon they are going to have to up their game. As for me I discovered paharmacy2u amazing, not one thing has been missing or delayed ever since I swapped to them. Click of a button to order get a reminder when it's due posted to my door. I have had to call them once as I forgot to order the service was second to none. Original Comment Report...
