I recently had to redirect a prescription to this pharmacy at very short notice. I was greated with a smile, listened to intently and all my details were taken down whilst explaining. After checking the staff informed me that they had not yet recived the redirected prescription but patiantly and clearly advised me how to reslove the issue. This was all sorted within twenty minutes which was such a great help as i had my two young sons with me. Thanks so much.

This is an old fashioned pharmacy with old fashioned customer service. They give you the time and attention that larger chain pharmacies often cannot or do not. I have my prescriptions sent to them direct from the GP and when I phone to check if the prescription has arrived they are always courteous and helpful and prompt in ensuring it is ready. My only tiny gripe is that I wish they were open longer on a Saturday as for those of us who work it is the only day that we can get there.
