Absolutely brilliant pharmacy. I had used other chemists in the past and at the age of 63 was still being charged for prescriptions, even by, probably the biggest chemists in the country. I didn't realise that I was entitled to free prescriptions at 60 years of age or that my date of birth was on the prescription so that the person serving would know my age. The server at Cromwells, Beaconside noticed my date of birth on the prescription after I had paid and collected my prescription. I was actually going through the door to leave when I was called back by the server to tell me the good news, that it was free, and gave me my money back. Thank you for your honesty. It makes me wonder if the other pharmacies were on some sort of double payment scheme!!
