I have been using this pharmacy for over 10yrs, and have no reason to ever have concerns. They have dispensed my medication, responded appropriately to any clarification requested, and staff have always been polite, on some occassiins appear a little stressed with sheer volume of work but that is understandable. However i have witnessed many occassions where there have been verbally abused by customers who expect medication to be dispensed immediately, do not want to wait, or refusal to accept explanations why some medication is not in stock, and decline to accept any explanation of the workung of ordering and stock delivery systems. They even decline to accept how scripts are sent to the chemist, thinking they are magically out of one window straight into the other like a email. The chemist does its best to meet customer service within ever increasing changing technology systems for prescriptions and ordering of stock.

I had my flu jab today and even tho i hate needles i did not feel a thing. A lovely man named serveo r salvador or something did it. He is a kind and helpful person as are all the staff at ifield pharmacy. I have been going there for years even tho i live in Langley green and will do so for many years to come.
