Never have what we need in, often asked to come back the next day and it's still not available. Waited over half an hour and had to leave as my baby was crying - as did everyone else waiting. Original Comment Report...

I will address your concerns with the area manager, so they can pick this complaint up with the branch manager and the team on their next visit to the branch, to make sure they are following proper procedure and providing high standard of customer care.
