Hello, my niece went to collect a prescription for me and my daughter and she was told to go some where else for my prescription as they returned both scrips as they didn’t have the stock! an said if you drive go to Tesco!. During my nieces visit there was an old lady who was crying regarding her prescription as she was also told they didn’t have the stock and they was very rude to her. No customer service at all, when my niece told me I rang the chemist and spoke to the same lady an I asked her regarding my prescription she said first come first served which I thought was rude. I told her I put my prescription in a week ago for my daughter as she needs prescribed milk from the doctors she asked me what milk it was an said she had 2 big tins an 4 Sml so I said why was my niece told you had none and I had to go else where, her manner was disgusting an when I said I’ve been using dents chemist for years an never been spoken to like this I will go else where an she just said bye, I have never been disgusted in my life, with how a professional person who deals with customers an signs prescription off can speak to people like this. I always put my scrips in so they have enough time to dispense them. My daughter is 9 months old and we simply can’t just be told you don’t have the stock after almost a week of having the prescription. We understand you have some supply issues but that’s not my fault nor such I be spoken in such a demanding manner from a professional person. Not having the stock is one thing but to find out after a week of having the prescription is terrible service. I could have sourced the drugs elsewhere but instead I’ve almost completely run out. I feel really let down dents and the customer service. This happened yesterday 14/09/23 and the phone call has on the same date at 5:50 so if you could look into this as it’s totally unacceptable.
