Iam a local taxi driver in St. Helens tonight my passenger asked me to go in to the chemist to ask how long her prescription would be as she was worried how much her fair would be . I politely ask the person at the counter how long it would be then got spoken to like I was a piece of dirt attitude was disgusting even a lady who was in the chemists said it was appalling how she spoke to me . So from now on I will advise my passengers to go to the chemist across the road

I have to say my experience on my last visit was enough to find a new, polite, courteous, knowledgeable,,, i could go on, chemist. The staff behind the counter seem very young and really don’t want to be there let alone help anyone it comes across as customers are more of a hindrance than anything else. There is no help with anything you ask, whether this is a training issue I’m unsure, probably the most interesting comment was made by the receptionist at the doctors whilst I was requesting a new chemist, who agreed with every word I said, and unfortunately it did come across this was not a one off frustration they had heard more of a regular thing. I’m unsure if Well promotes mystery shopping I personally believe they would achieve a better level of service if they investigated and maybe either trained or replaced certain members of staff,,,,, just my opinion
