Checked and website and saw that they close at 13:00 for lunce. I went in at 12:30 to get an item through Care at the Chemest. First person I spoke to showed me the item and went to process it. They then returned to say they do not do this because it would take too long to type into the computer and they are closing in half an hour. I was I spoke to the Pharmacist they would not budge. Had idea on how to resolve a customer complaint. They then implied that my case was not important because I was not very sick. This was unprofessional to say the least to compare my reason for needing an item to others. No idea of customer service and clearly put barriers in the way of people receiving NHS services.
