Friendly staff but always had a feeling of pharmacy of being disorganised. This is evidenced by presenting at pharmacy to collect a fairly standard drug requested online at GP practice 3 days earlier: the staff knew nothing about it. Only after showing the online request on my iPhone they found the outstanding prescription which was still waiting to be actioned. The drug was not in stock - why didn't they order it earlier from 3 days ago? However I I was promised it would be ready after 3pm the next day. It was not. This is not the first time of such unnecessary delays. Either they are understaffed or they need to review their protocols. As someone who has worked for 30 plus years in NHS diagnostics this is rather poor.

Having taken a prescription in to this pharmacy I was told they had none in stock and to go back tommorrow which I did ..but no one was aware about the script and said to come back at 4 pm when second delivery would of been .. so which I did and yet again had no clue what I was talking about even though I paid 32 pound for 4 prescriptions.. and said they would search other pharmacys .. why dont you just order it in as ypu stated you would do so now I am left another night without my medicine. Never again will I use this place ...
