customer service has never been so bad. on the advert it suggests that the shop is open but it it in fact shut. Closes 12:30 till 13:30 for lunch even though there is always a queue for prescription collection. During the so called pandemic the shop reduced it's hours when it realistically should have extended the time available to the sheep who believed the media hype regarding the health risks. This is an indicator of very bad management and supervision.

Called NHS DIRECT for advice who directed me to Boots to call for more m ducal advice and prescription. Will they ever answer the phone??? I’ve been trying for over 2 hours so far.

No point having a shop as the cue for prescriptions takes over so you couldn't get served for anything else As mentioned before need to re think this layout and have a till for just customers
