I asked the pharmacist about omprazole products that might be bought over the counter today 15 July at the cost of £5. When I got home there was nothing in the packet but there should have been 7 capsules. I have tried to phone the store to ask what they can do about this. There is no option to talk to the pharmacy department per se. I then opted for another option on the telephone list and was immediately cut off. There is a massive traffic jam on the ring road in York and I do not want to have to return to the shop this morning. So that is why I think that my experience was poor and I have not way of voicing my complaint other than this website.
