I went there today at 1pm. The sign said they couldn't give out medication until a pharmacist was there. After seven minutes with no sign of anyone entering who were staff they started dispensing prescriptions, which meant the pharmacist must have been on the premises all the time. By this time there were about twenty people waiting yet the staff seemed to be on a go-slow, treating customers with casual indifference.

Appalling service. It’s worse than poor service. Some of the staff incredibly rude and dismissive. Won’t be using them again. It’s bad enough we go there because we are not well, it’s made even worse by the unfriendliness and abrasiveness of the staff.
