We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Staff don't even acknowledge you they pretend to stare straight past you. The large lady running the show isn't very friendly and frankly shouldn't be customer facing.. it's no surprise this pharmacy isn't public on Google reviews as it's rating would be abysmal. | |||||||

Took my prescription to chemist, they only had one of my two item. Pharmacy told me that there was no rush to collect as I didn't need second medicine for a fortnight. Ten days after visit I went back for my medicine only to be told that it had been given to another patient !!! GREAT ... had to go back next day and guess what, was told they couldn't get the medicine I required. Absolutely appalling customer service. Definitely won't be using this chemist ever again. | |||||||
