Rude pharmacist,poor service, long queues. A member of staff said Saturday before last at about 11.30 am that you will be asked to leave at 12 noon and won't get served even if you are in the queue.

Just been to rowlands at severn fields it's 09.03 been told not opening because pharmacist hasn't turned in. Spoke to a lady in the queue and she said she had to wait till 10.15 Friday as again the pharmacist hadn't got there. What type of awful service is this? A private company with no thought for there customers at all. Will be using another more reputable company from now on. Rowlands! Wake up and be there for the customers who need you.

I went on Wednesday. 5th in the queue and it took half an hour to get served. This is nit unusual. My prescription wasnt ready. There were used wipes under my chair in the waiting area and other debris in the waiting area. . Makes me wonder if the chairs are ever wiped and what the standard if hygiene is throughout the shop This was at 9 .30.am so can't have been due to a busy long day. I returned on Friday afternoon. The wipes and other debris still there and the shop floor is dirty too. Still a long wait to be served. A member of staff did clear the rubbish when asked. I will nit be using Rowlands again.
