I've been using this chemist for over a year now to get my prescriptions and they have it on record that a certain brand is unsuitable for me. Despite this, every two months I've had to make 2-3 trips as they put the unsuitable brand in the packaging. This month, they tried the guilt trip saying with all that's going on in the world they couldn't get the another brand. Funny that a chemist a mile away was able to get another brand without any issues! I've now changed chemists as I'm not prepared to waste petrol 'with all that's going on in the world' going backwards and forwards. Whilst the staff are usually friendly, it wasn't my experience this time.
