I just wanted to add a compliment about the pharmacist and her team at Shinfield pharmacy. They are amazing especially the main pharmacist. She always asks how you are feeling. She gives you clear advice about the medication and always takes the time to listen. She even knows lots of her patients names without them even telling her when they get to the counter. We have used this service since it first opened. It has always been very useful to have this facility on the same site as the GP. However it has to be said that since the current pharmacist took over it has changed completely. Picking up a prescription or merely popping in ti buy over the counter is a different experience. The staff are all so polite. The pharmacist herself takes the time to greet her customers, usually remembering their names. She is very knowledgable and will to give advice when asked. It's a pleasure to shop there. Thank you to all of the staff.
