All my experiences of this pharmacy have been terrible. The staff are rude and the pharmacist acts like you’re in the way and asking for the world when you ask for your prescription. She is never kind nor understanding. I don’t want to be taking medication, I HAVE to take it to keep myself alive! You would think a pharmacist would understand this and have a caring approach but as another person commented, you’re treated like a inconvenient, naughty child and that she’s doing you a massive favour by doing your prescription. The other staff hide behind the counter and talk about you while you’re standing there and can hear them! I’m shocked that a chemist like Lloyds has allowed this to continue for so many years. I dread ringing up to ask when my prescription will be ready, as I know I’ll get a rude, unhelpful reply but I have to put up with it to get my medication. They are in a prime area of Lillington, where there is parking so they are busy but there is no excuse for rudeness. We are not taking medication for fun, we need it! I have to change pharmacies as couldn’t bear going in there anymore, plus they could never stock basic tablets that people take regularly and I have to go to a different pharmacy to get the rest of my Medication! I’m disabled and I dread needing my monthly meds as it’s always so difficult. Why can’t pharmacies just treat you respectfully. It doesn’t take much to be kind to someone! We all have things going on in our life but I don’t take out my problems on others, especially when I’m at work!

The woman who’s the pharmacist ( probably in her 30s) is soooo rude and incompetent. She gives you such a filthy look like you’re such an inconvenience and you shouldn’t be there and if you ask her anything she talks to you like a naughty child. People like this should not be serving the public! Customers have enough life issues to cope with, without being treated like dirt when you’re spending money in their place of work and keeping them in a job. NO NEED FOR NASTINESS! If you don’t like your job,bog off !!
