Called today at 4:30pm to pick up my prescription which was ordered online last week. The prescription was for 5 items. Got home to find that 1item had been missed, had to return to the store , the item was missed as it was on page 2 of the script. This happens all the time, they never seem to be able to get it right. I made a comment to the pleasant young lady behind the counter and she apologised, then the pharmacist shouted over that if I don’t like it go to Boots. What a fantastic ambassador for Tesco. I have have taken his advice and will be going to Boots in the future.
