I haven't had any medical issues for a while until last week so I went to a local pharmacy near Wimbledon station; as I happen to be in the area and the pharmacist was somewhat clueless and recommended I booked an appointment with the GP. My local GP Nelson is situated a stones throw away from Lords Pharmacy, Kingston Road and I described the same symptoms to Parag the resident pharmacist who within seconds knew exactly what the issue was. Since it's been such a long time I forget how good these guys are and have no issues with recommending Lords Pharmacy, much better than any other pharmacist in Merton (especially Nelson Pharmacy) and probably even better than the GP!

I have had the pleasure of being looked after by Lords Pharmacy for a number of years and have always found their customer service to exceed beyond expectations. They will happily go the 'extra mile' and their professionalism is always of the highest standard. The staff are very keen to fully understand their customer needs. Accordingly I feel very confident in trusting their knowledge and judgement when they recommend treatments following an enquiry about non prescribed medication when GP review has not sought.
