By far the worst pharmacy I think I've had to deal with from trying to get any service at all. From the rudest staff ever to delayed medication sometimes taking upto 2 weeks with poor excuses for why it has not been done. Just save yourself a headache because you won't get the painkillers of them so try and go anywhere else.

Have used Rowlands Copplehouse Lane for years and have found their staff to be really helpful. However, for the past 3 weeks now they literally never answer their phone. This has been a nightmare when checking to see if my prescription is ready. I am severely disabled and to be fair Rowlands have been a lifeline. Sadly will have to find a different chemist as they are uncontactable be either phone or email.
