Our pharmacies
We're developing a new store model which focuses on the things that matter most to our customers and fundamentally changes how our pharmacy teams work. We've redesigned the dispensing process and introduced new stock monitoring measures so that you don't have to wait for your medicines, and we've freed up our pharmacists to spend more time helping our customers.
As part of this, we're also bringing new technology into our pharmacies. This includes 24/7 prescription pick-up machines – meaning you can collect your medicine any time, day or night – and a text notification service, so we can let you know when your prescription is ready to collect.

Been into day staff all had attitude but mainly olga , waited an hour to be spoke to after they had turned many away and printed off their prescriptions to go else were. Then to be told my husbands heart meds weren’t it . At no point did she check the down load ,even his heart spray which she requested two weeks ago not given . Just before all this the pharmacist had told her he was doing no more scripts . I told olga this was heart meds she replied by telling me any problems ring 111 . I’m not happy as are many more and will be taking this further . | |||||||

A much improved service. The staff are very nice .The pharmacy has improved so much since a new member of staff has arrived. My repeat prescription is always ready now.Great service keep it going.!
